How to create account on adbuq

Creating an account on adbuq is super easy! follow the following steps:

  1. Go to adbuq.com/account
  2. Click on register
  3. Select whether you are an individual or a company (if you are a company you need to enter your company name). A company account has the ability to create a team and delegate tasks while an individual account cannot have the ability to manage team on adbuq
  4. Type username
  5. Type Display name (It would be shown on your profile on adbuq)
  6. Select whether you are an advertiser (Brand), advertising agency or an OOH Media vendor
  7. Provide your email address (Important ! you are advised to use your official email address to gain access and get approved instantly. Free email services like Gmail, yahoo etc. take longer to get approved)

Guidelines for completing profile

All the members of adbuq should complete their profile and fill all the details.

  • To complete your profile go to Account Settings in dashboard

 

Account settings

Fill the following details on Account Settings page

  • BIOGRAPHY

  • PHONE NUMBER

  • WEBSITE LINK

  • FACEBOOK

  • GOOGLE PLUS

  • TWITTER

  • LINKEDIN

  • Also upload the logo as shown below

  • Logo should have at-least 250 pixels width and height.

  • Now click Save.

To show your business opening hours, click on opening hours and enter details. You can also add your off days as shown below:

  • Now click Save.

To add address of your office and other branches, click on Locations/Branches and add the relevant details.

  • Click on Save once you are done.

What information might be required from me?

Although we do our best not to request any additional information, we may require documentation to confirm your identity.

If you received a request for additional documents, please scan or photograph them and submit them in one of the following ways:

  • Reply directly to the email and add your documents as an attachment. If you’re sending multiple documents, please attach them all to one email

  • Use the contact us form to submit your documents.

Please keep in mind:

  • Documents need to be clear and legible

  • Make sure you’re sending all documents that were requested in one email

  • Please use .jpeg or .pdf format only

  • Keep the file size below 3MB for each document

How can I add members in my team?

Team Management feature in adbuq offer users complete control of team management. User can add, edit and delete team members to set the working hierarchy such as Manager, Assistant Manager, Controller, Sales, Assistant General Manager etc. Profile of each member can be maintained too via team management feature. Add unlimited registered users as team members, show their position in company and add links of their social profiles. Manage team in as easy way as you can imagine.

To add team members, click on Team Members in your dashboard.

Now click on Add Members

 

Enter the team member details. If you want to show your team member in public profile, set PUBLIC AS STAFF to Yes.
